Gingerbread Nannies is a family run nanny agency owned by Chloe Capel and Kim Capel (Daughter + Mother). I (Chloe) am a nanny by profession and have been for many years, having worked in different childcare sectors, I finally found my place in the sector of nannying. It is a wonderful career, and I started this agency to enable others to share the same joys of the job as I do. As a team we aim to find families the perfect match to suit their childcare needs. We take more into account than just filling the specifics of the job role, we want you to match on family values, childcare style, interests and more.
